Coworker of the house, Erika is preparing to start a new cycle of classes in collaboration with Loft.\nJoin us on Tuesday, April 29, and let’s discover together the Rocket method.\n👀 How will the class be developed?\n\nRocket Yoga is a dynamic practice based on an adaptation of the First and Intermediate series of Ashtanga Yoga. These Vinyasa classes invite you to explore the Rocket method progressively, incorporating more fluidity and depth through standing postures, twists, arm balances and spinal extensions.\nAs in any good practice, there will be meditation, breathing exercises (pranayama) and a warm savasana to float you away!\nNo required advanced level of yoga.\n✅This event is for you if:\n\n🌀 You want to get out of the routine and treat yourself to a different evening.\n🧘‍♀️ You like to meditate but you also like to move.\n🔥 You want to explore new emotions (and muscles you didn’t know you had!).\n👌What’s included?\n\n– Yoga Mat.\n– Meditation and Breathing Exercises.\n– Dynamic postures.\n🎤 Who presents the event?\n\nOne of the Italians in the family, sports enthusiast, marketing manager, Erika tells us, “I’m Erika ( https://cord-button-422.notion.site/Vinyasa-Rocket-Inspired-1d7c475ac29780dcbe60fb72595e4c14?pvs=4 ), Italian.
