SUMMARY:«THE WAY WE WORK» by Gravitate Studio
DESCRIPTION:Processes, Talent, and New Ways to Organize a Company\n👉Exclusive training for Club Members\n🎯What are we going to see today?\n\nAs a project grows, the way we work must also evolve. Do your processes, responsibilities, and structure still make sense?\nIn this second session, we’ll examine how an organization actually functions to identify friction points, rethink ways of working, and align talent, structure, and processes.\n🚀 What will we work on?\n– Identify processes that no longer add value.\n– Detect friction points and opportunities for improvement.\n– Rethink responsibilities and ways of collaborating.\n– Align talent, structure, and work methods.\n💡 Goal: to find a clearer and more effective way to organize work so that everything flows more smoothly.\n\n\n✍🏻 Who is Lorraine Gallard?\n\nAt Gravitate, Lorraine works with companies, teams, and professionals in the creative industry to bring clarity to dynamic situations, combining strategy, talent, and practical experience.\nI have spent the last 25 years working in the creative sector, in areas such as production, strategy, management, coaching, and consulting, and I have often held multiple roles simultaneously.\n\n\n🌐 Would you like to learn a little more about their project??\n\n“Gravitate was founded to help bring clarity to situations in flux. We work with companies, teams, and professionals in the creative industry to help them find their center, prioritize what matters, and move forward with greater focus and purpose. We navigate the intersection of strategy, talent, and practice, always grounded in the reality of each project and the people who make it possible.”\nExplore their website here 👉🏼 Gravitate.Studio ( https://gravitate.studio/orbit/?utm_source=chatgpt.com#practice )\nor their 👉🏼 Instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/letsgravitate/ )\n\n\n🚀 What is the Entrepreneurs Club?\n\nThe Entrepreneurs Club ( https://loft153.com/the-club/ ) was created for those who want to build their projects with focus, guidance, and a strategic community-driven approach.
