Originally from Colombia, Mariajose moved to the United States at age 9, gaining a fresh perspective on the world. Today, she is studying Public Relations and Advertising at the University of South Florida in Tampa, enjoying an unforgettable experience: a study abroad program in Barcelona that is providing valuable professional insights.
She is passionate about communication in all its forms, advertising that attracts people, events that create memorable moments, and strategies that connect brands with people. In the future, she wants to work in the fields of tourism and public relations.
In her free time, Mariajose likes to follow the NFL or American football. Her favorite team is the Seattle Seahawks, who have won two Super Bowls. She loves the exciting and electric energy that sports bring.
