This event offers a space to pause, reflect, and learn how to manage stress from a leadership perspective.
Through an experiential session, participants will learn how to recognize stress, understand its impact on health, decision-making, and teams, and acquire tools to manage it more mindfully.
The day will conclude with an after-work gathering and networking event, where participants can connect, share experiences, and engage in meaningful conversations.
