💡 What are Entrepreneur Breakfasts?

These breakfasts are a coffee + inspiration format with interesting projects (one month someone from outside, another month someone from inside) who has something to tell and share with the community. That’s when we gather around the table with a delicious breakfast and a great desire to listen.

On this occasion, we have Álvaro Otero, founder of 812HUB, a non-profit association that works to integrate people with disabilities into the workplace (among other things).

“Inspire, connect, and empower.” They present themselves under this motto and as “a community that seeks to change the rules of the game and learn to live with differences.”

To mark December 3, International Down Syndrome Day, we invited this collaborative project to share its vision, values, and the reality of the market.
