This is a theoretical and practical workshop where we will analyze, on a case by case basis, each participant’s specific needs using the actual financial, tax, strategic, and business criteria that determine when it makes sense to take that step.
Over the course of 90 minutes, you’ll work with real-world cases, numerical comparisons, and practical exercises to understand how taxes, business growth, legal risk, and financing needs impact this decision.
The goal is clear: for each participant to leave with an informed decision whether to incorporate as an S.L., prepare to do so, or remain self-employed based on facts, not myths.
