Belonging: why do we need communities? – by Loft 153 & Eventuy
From community to ecosystem
👀 What is the event about?
“Belonging” is the first session of “From Community to Ecosystem,” a series of three sessions organized by Loft 153 × Eventuy to explore how communities are born, built, and evolve.
In this first session, we’ll ask ourselves: What makes a group of people truly become a community? We’ll discuss belonging, identity, trust, and participation, combining a strategic perspective with the day-to-day experiences of those who build and manage communities.
✅This event is for you if:
This event is for you if…
– You’re building or managing a community around a project, brand, or initiative.
– You want to understand what makes people not only participate but also feel like they belong.
– You’re interested in connecting with others who are building communities and sharing experiences.
– You believe a community can be much more than an audience, a database, or a WhatsApp group.
👉🏼 Three sessions. One common question: how to move from a community to an ecosystem.

Drawing on his experience with two communities that have different models and objectives, he will share insights on how they operate, their organization, participation, diversity of profiles, and the factors that help them thrive over time.
