Experience has shown us that when it is about food, at Loft, we take it VERY seriously! And the ” Entrepreneurs Breakfasts” are a real example of that.
Carlos Rubio: coworker, father, entrepreneur and company manager. What a CV! We still remember Carlos’ first day with Manuela (our dogworker). He quickly won the affection of the community.
Carlos, a veteran of the house, was in charge at our first breakfast of the fall season. Between his track record and seasoned business acumen, he left us inspired with a great message, “Don’t take life too seriously and have fun along the way”. Thanks Carlos!
