How to understand, measure, and demonstrate the impact of your project.
👉Exclusive training for Club Members
🎯What are we going to see today?
Do you really know what kind of impact your project is having? And how could you measure it? 📊
In this first session, led by Arnau Balot, a consultant at Impact Hub Barcelona, we’ll explore the main tools and methodologies for understanding and measuring a project’s impact. We’ll examine what it really means to measure impact, which aspects we can analyze, and how we can apply these concepts to our own projects.
Throughout the session, we’ll engage in hands-on activities to:
– Understand what it means to measure impact and why it can be a key tool for our projects.
– Learn about different methodologies and tools to start measuring it.
– Identify how to apply these tools to our own project.
– Explore how data on our impact can help us make better decisions and guide our growth.
💡The goal is to end the session with a practical introduction to impact measurement and specific resources to start incorporating it into our daily work.
