International Lunch – USA Edition

(The picture shows last month’s lunch but it’s just to illustrate what the meetings are all about).

The last Wednesday of every month we gather around the table to celebrate a country or a holiday. What started as a joke and wanting to learn about different cultures, became a tradition and is our oldest coworking event.

Here’s how it works: One country is chosen per month and the coworkers who are from that country are (somehow) in charge of the food for the rest: cooking, ordering catering or delivery, etc. In addition, there is a presentation and games with fun facts, typical music in the background and some surprises per edition. So, you won’t get bored here and you won’t come out of it unlearned.

Now to the point!

This edition will be in charge of Kelly, our only American in the family and will focus on her area: New Orleans and the holiday coming up now in February: Mardi Gras 😉 You can imagine the dress code, right?
