✍🏻 Who is Yvonne Bonnet?
“I’m Yvi Bonnet, co-founder of Resilient Co., and I’ve been working in talent, technology, and product for over 17 years. I’ve worked at companies such as Mercado Libre, Globant, GlobalLogic, and R/GA, always with the mission of connecting people with projects that enhance their careers and lives.”
In 2020, she decided to take the leap into entrepreneurship and created Resilient Co., a consulting firm that helps companies in Latin America, Europe, and the US build high-level technology and digital teams characterized by diversity, humanity, and resilience.
She lives with ADHD, and for her, neurodiversity is not a trend, but an everyday reality and a source of inspiration. She is convinced that inclusive workspaces, where different ways of thinking and learning coexist, generate true value. Her training in Human Resources and Ontological Coaching provides her with the tools to accompany both individuals and organizations in this process of transformation.
Learning her fifth language is, for her, a key that opens up worlds and allows her to build bridges between cultures and teams.
