👀 What is the event about?

Some projects are built to last. And when two of them come together, interesting things happen💡

Mantener has only been around for a month, but it already has something that restaurants take years to build: identity. A Mediterranean-Latin fusion, signature cocktails, great music, and a clear philosophy: bringing flavor, quality, and character to the neighborhood.

They’re neighbors, entrepreneurs to the core, who decided to take a chance on their own project. Just like us.

And that’s the real connection with Loft.

We share the same DNA. We believe in building from scratch, in the community as the driving force, and in the idea that the best things happen when the right people come together in the same space. They do it with a plate and a glass. We do it with a desk and an idea. But the essence is the same: creating something worthwhile.

There will be just 20 of us – the Loft community – in a private, exclusive experience before they open to the general public. A full tasting menu, cocktails, and real feedback forms for each dish. Our input will shape their final concept. It’s not a dinner. It’s a co-creation.

🕖 Punctuality is mandatory. The experience starts on time and lasts two hours. No confirmed reservation, no entry. Starting at 9 PM, the restaurant opens to the general public.
