✍🏻 Who is Gonzalo Castro?
Gonzalo is an Argentine entrepreneur who founded his own project several years ago while living here in Barcelona. For years, he has been working between both countries with a team of professionals, gradually expanding his services and professionalizing his content.
He defines himself as an “entrepreneur and business consultant” and is the founder of The Funnel Box, a business and strategic consulting agency that helps entrepreneurs, startups, and companies identify barriers to growth and build sustainable and scalable business models.
He works strategically and operationally in key areas such as marketing, sales and funnels, applied artificial intelligence, finance, and processes, with a comprehensive results-oriented approach.

3/3: “Healthy finances for entrepreneurs: order, stability, and future”
👉🏻 Session objective:
Build a healthy relationship between your personal finances and those of your business. In this talk, we will work on how to structure your money when you are self-employed: what percentage to allocate to personal expenses, how much to reinvest in the business, how much to allocate to equipment or collaborators, and how to create a financial cushion that gives you stability.
We will also look at how to think about finances in the long term: savings, smart reinvestment, and initial investment decisions to build a solid foundation for the future and retirement. A practical session to organize your numbers, reduce financial anxiety, and make decisions with greater clarity and judgment.
