Technical Product Manager
Nicole is a Technical Product Manager with over 15 years of experience working across product and project management in a wide range of industries. Her passion for travel also led her into entrepreneurship, founding Pawtrip, a startup focused on making pet transportation easier and developing solutions for airlines and travelers.
She currently works as an independent consultant, helping early-stage and growth startups in the aviation and tourism industries with product, marketing, and sales. At the same time, she’s starting to bring Playloop to life, an initiative designed to make it easier for families to exchange children’s items.
Dominican and Puerto Rican, raised primarily in the US, Nicole has lived in five countries and has called Barcelona home since early 2026. When she’s not behind her laptop, she loves karaoke, dancing, traveling, and discovering new cultures. And since becoming a mom, she’s also discovered that playgrounds are surprisingly great places to meet people. Apparently, toddlers make excellent icebreakers!
She’s happy to now call Loft 153 her “office”, so if you see her around, don’t hesitate to say hi. One thing’s for sure: you won’t run out of things to talk about!
